Coach Lopez joined the CDM coaching staff in 2016. He is a US Lacrosse Level 1 certified coach.

In just two short years, Coach Lopez has gone from a volunteer assistant to the head coach of the JV White team. He also coaches in the Newport Beach Surf Dawg youth program.

A former soccer coach with the Slammers FC program (1996-2010) and the Pacific Soccer Club (2012-2013), Coach Lopez holds a number of certifications including a Level 2 Dutch, CYSA Level E and Level F licenses.

Personal
Coach Lopez is retired and enjoys surfing, playing guitar and training in all aspects of MMA. He has three grown daughters and two granddaughters.
