Alums win sixth annual Turkey Shoot alumni game
Some very talented alumni returned to the CDM campus for the 2014 Turkey Shoot
Several former Sea Kings returned to the CDM campus for the sixth annual Turkey Shoot Alumni Game and led the alumni to a two goal victory over the current team.
The alumni team was bolstered by several talented CDM defensemen and goalies. Nick Guizan (junior/goalie) and Joey Cattaneo (sophomore/goalie) played extremely well in their quarters with the alumni. Three talented young defensemen played for the alumni as well: Brennan Greenwald (sophomore/defense), Jordan Pakzad (sophomore/defense) and Landon Whitney (freshman/defense).
"It was great to see those guys playing on campus again," commented CDM head coach G.W. Mix. "It is always good for our younger players to have the opportunity to compete against them and then spend some time enjoying lunch together afterwards. It is a very valuable component of what we do in the fall."
